Terms of service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern use of JBR (https://justbuildresults.com) by coaches and athletes/clients.
By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Contracting party
Provider: excelIT GmbH, Wattstr 52, 12459 Berlin. Support: legal@excelit.de
Coaches subscribe to SaaS plans. End users often access the app through their coach or as solo athletes.
3. Service description
JBR is coaching software (training, nutrition, check-ins, messaging). Features vary by plan and role.
We continuously improve the platform and may change features provided the core purpose is not materially impaired.
4. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You must not misuse the platform (e.g. illegal content, reverse engineering, overload attacks).
5. Health & fitness disclaimer
JBR does not provide medical advice. Training and nutrition suggestions (including AI) are for coaching and information — not diagnosis or treatment.
Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
6. Content & licenses
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display it to provide the service (e.g. photos to your coach).
Coaches are responsible for the lawfulness of plans and communications they create.
7. Subscriptions & payment (coaches)
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Pricing and billing periods are shown before checkout.
Cancellation follows the terms shown at checkout; access ends at the end of the billing period.
8. Termination & deletion
You may delete your account anytime in settings. Coaches with an active subscription must cancel billing first.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is Berlin where permitted.
