Scope

These Terms apply to JBR at justbuildresults.com for coaches, athletes, and clients.

By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who you are contracting with

The provider is Weydsoft GmbH, Wattstr 52, 12459 Berlin. Support: info@justbuildresults.com

Coaches subscribe to a SaaS plan. Athletes typically use the app through their coach or as solo Pro users.

What JBR provides

JBR is coaching software: training, nutrition, check-ins, and messaging. Features depend on your role and plan.

We keep improving the platform. Features may change as long as the core purpose of your subscription is preserved.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share them with others.

Misuse is not allowed: no illegal content, no reverse engineering, no deliberate overload of our systems.

Health and fitness

JBR is not a substitute for medical advice. Training and nutrition guidance, including from AI, is for coaching and information only.

If you have symptoms or concerns, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Content and rights

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display it so the service works (for example, photos for your coach).

Coaches are responsible for ensuring their plans and messages comply with applicable law.

Subscriptions and payment (coaches)

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Price and billing period are shown before you confirm checkout.

After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Termination and deletion

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. Coaches with an active subscription should cancel billing first.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For businesses, place of jurisdiction is Berlin where permitted.
