Who is responsible?

Weydsoft GmbH is the data controller for JBR. Address: Wattstr 52, 12459 Berlin, Germany.

What we collect

To run JBR, we process the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, role, language, timezone
• Coaching content: training plans, workout logs, nutrition plans, meals, check-ins, messages, progress photos
• Health data (optional): steps, sleep, weight, only if you connect Apple Health or Health Connect
• Technical data: push tokens, session tokens, server logs
• Billing (coaches): Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Card details stay with Stripe, not us

Why we use it

We process your data for specific, limited purposes:

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): running the app, coaching features, messaging
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): health sync, push notifications, AI features such as photo estimates or the AI coach
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): security, fraud prevention, anonymized product improvement
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): retention where the law requires it

Who we share with

We only share data when it is needed to operate the service:

• Hosting and database (MongoDB Atlas, EU region where possible)
• Media storage for photos and uploads (S3-compatible, EU)
• Email delivery for transactional messages
• Stripe for coach subscriptions
• Anthropic for optional AI features, only when you use them
• Your coach and their team within the organization

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless legal retention rules apply.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing
• Data export from app Settings or by emailing info@justbuildresults.com
• Withdraw consent you previously gave
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Cookies and local storage

The website uses strictly necessary cookies and localStorage for sign-in and your theme preference.

We do not currently use marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.

Children

JBR is not aimed at children under 16. Please do not create an account for a minor without parental consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy when our service or the law changes. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
